- Positive results from IP Geophysical Surveys across the Alumbre and Quinual Projects show significant chargeability anomalies and potential for porphyry systems.
- Further detailed mapping and geochemical sampling program confirms evidence and support of the porphyry system. Petrographic thin-section and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) studies have identified dissemina ted Au, Cu and Mo in hydrothermal breccias and meta-andesites.
- Results of the Terraspec spectrometer, have determined that a valid porphyry-style alteration system exists at Alumbre with multiple silica-clay alteration centres.
